My name is Sheena, and I help ambitious women grow their real estate business as if it were my own. As a Certified Online Business Manager and Realtor with over two decades of real estate sales and marketing experience, I help realtors maximize efficiency to spend time on what matters most- closing deals. 

At TLC, we help agents build a real estate business that works on autopilot. Through our hands-on 1-on-1 implementation services, group programs, and workshops, we teach agents how to leverage tech tools, systems, and people for them to succeed!
